- Non-Member Physicians: $900
- Non-Member Allied Health Professionals: $500
- Administrators: $200
- Candidates (Medical Students, Residents, & Fellows): Free
REGULAR PRICING – Applies to all registrations effective May 2nd.

Call for Abstracts:
Orthopaedic residents, surgical fellows and SCOA members are invited to submit research abstracts for presentation at the 2026 Annual Meeting. Both poster and podium presentations will be considered.
The deadline for abstract submissions is February 15, 2026. Click here to get started.

Housing Information:
The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at The Sanctuary Hotel:
Kiawah Island Golf Resort
One Sanctuary Beach Drive,
Kiawah Island, SC 29455
Upon registering for the Annual Meeting you will receive housing instructions via email on how to book your accommodations using our group rate:
- Sanctuary Hotel Guest Room: $760.00 per night (plus taxes & fees)
- Villa- One Bedroom: $320.00 per night (plus taxes & fees)
- Villa- Two Bedroom: $450.00 per night (plus taxes & fees)
The cut-off date for the group rate is July 7, 2026. However, rooms and villas can sell out before that date. We encourage you to register & make your reservations early!
